Is this right for you?

Every family's situation is different. If any of these sound familiar, you don't have to figure it out alone — we can help.

Does your loved one need help with bathing, dressing, or grooming?
Are they finding it harder to manage meals or household tasks on their own?
Do you worry about them being home alone during the day?
Is your loved one coming home from hospital and needs daily support?
Has a fall — or a close call — left them less confident at home?
Are you a family caregiver who needs a reliable, trusted break?
Do they need companionship and regular human connection?
Are they managing a health condition that requires consistent daily attention?

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What your caregiver does

1

Personal Care

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting — complete personal care handled with patience and dignity. The routines your loved one depends on, done right every time.

2

Safe Mobility Support

Transfers, walking assistance, stairs — done correctly and safely. Our PSWs understand safe mobility, not just the tasks. High-risk moments like bath transfers and getting up from bed are handled with specific technique.

3

Meal Preparation

Nutritious meals planned around your loved one's preferences, dietary requirements, and any medical needs. We keep track of hydration and nutrition — both matter more than most families realize.

4

Medication Reminders

On time, as prescribed. Our caregivers also watch for changes — dizziness, drowsiness, or anything that suggests a medication is affecting how your loved one moves or feels.

5

Companionship & Engagement

Real connection — conversation, activities, and a consistent presence that keeps your loved one engaged and looked forward to. The difference between someone who stays active and someone who withdraws.

6

Home Safety Monitoring

A trained eye notices what a regular visitor wouldn't: a new hazard, a subtle change in how they're moving, something that needs attention before it becomes a problem.

7

Light Housekeeping

Laundry, dishes, tidying — keeping the home clean, comfortable, and clear of trip hazards. A well-kept home is a safer home.

8

Exercise & Routine Support

If your loved one has exercises from a physiotherapist or doctor, our PSWs can help them stay consistent between appointments. Small habits practiced daily make a real difference.

We were terrified to bring someone in — Mom has always been so private. But Maria has become like family. She knows exactly how Mom likes her tea, gets her talking about her garden, and somehow makes bath time feel dignified instead of clinical. For the first time in two years, I'm sleeping through the night.

THE PROCESS

How it works

1

We start with a conversation

We talk through your loved one's needs, daily routine, and goals. That shapes their care plan. If fall risk is a concern, we can also arrange an optional in-home Falls Assessment with a physiotherapist — it gives us more to work with.

2

We assign your caregiver

Based on the care plan and our conversation, we find the right caregiver — selected for skills, schedule, personality, and your loved one's specific needs. Not assigned: matched.

3

Care begins

Your caregiver arrives knowing your loved one's name, their routine, their preferences, and the details of their care plan. We never send someone in blind.

4

We stay involved

After the first visit, we follow up. How did it go? Is the match working? The care team reviews progress regularly. This isn't set-it-and-forget-it.
